Our newest edit delves into the anatomy of the PAYAL KHANDWALA sari.

Echoing Payal’s early paintings, where colour, geometry and proportion have played a key role, this collection is simply a shift in canvas, reimagining the same preoccupations of this uninterrupted textile with its endless possibilities.

Engineered with precision, each piece is colour-blocked with intention to create visual impact, striking in some, understated in others. Shifts in colour and gradation are achieved through stripes of varying widths and distances, woven across silks of differing weights, textures and transparencies.

Woven in a palette of jewel tones and metallics, this collection features reversible saris, making every wear unique and special. Each sari comes with a handwoven textile for the blouse, designed to complement and complete the ensemble.
